We are is pleased to announce the appointment of Patrick Yeou as General Manager, Business Development & Commercial – USA, Atlantic.
Patrick brings more than 24 years of global experience across steelmaking raw materials, corporate and government relations and business development. His appointment further strengthens M Resources’ capability to support customers, partners and stakeholders across America and Asia.
In his new role, Patrick will support sales and marketing activities across Asian and Atlantic markets, while also providing strategic and commercial support to the broader business development team. Drawing on his extensive background across both the steel and mining industries, he will provide valuable industry and commodity expertise across M Resources’ global operations.
Prior to joining M Resources, Patrick held a number of senior leadership roles within the POSCO Group. Most recently he served as Head of Steel Business at POSCO America in Washington D.C.. Earlier roles included General Manager of Global Relations at POSCO Holdings, as well as General Manager – Coal Investment at POSCO Australia, where he worked on the Hume Coal Project in the Southern Highlands.
Patrick brings deep expertise in the procurement and commercial management of coking coal, scrap and ferrous alloys, along with strong advisory and strategic capability developed through decades of experience working across global steel and raw materials markets.
He holds a Master’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and will be based in Washington D.C., travelling regularly to support M Resources’ global activities.
