M Resources is proud to confirm its participation in a $4 million strategic placement into ASX-listed Terra Metals (ASX: TM1), aimed at accelerating development of the Dante Project in Western Australia – a promising, district-scale copper and vanadium opportunity critical to the global energy transition.
The capital raise saw strong support from key strategic investors including Golden Energy and Resources (GEAR) and Tribeca Investment Partners, alongside M Resources Founder and President Matthew Latimore. Funds from the placement will be used to expand drilling activity, advance the company’s maiden Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE), and unlock the extensive exploration potential of the Dante region.
“This investment aligns with M Group’s long-term growth strategy in minerals that are essential to the future economy,” said Mr Latimore. “The Dante Project is a uniquely positioned asset, and this opportunity complements our existing vanadium and graphite interests through M Critical Minerals.”
Terra Metals has already completed over 17,000 metres of drilling at Dante, confirming a laterally extensive, stratiform reef-style mineralised system over a 10km strike, with further mineralisation identified across more than 80km. Recent tenement acquisitions suggest the project’s scale could extend to hundreds of kilometres.
The support from long-term, experienced investors is seen as a major vote of confidence in the project’s potential to become a multigenerational source of critical minerals. Early metallurgical results have been highly encouraging, and preparations are now underway for the maiden resource estimate, with independent consultants due on site in mid-June.
