M Resources is pleased to announce that the initial public offering (“IPO”) of M Evo Global Acquisition Corp II, a special purpose acquisition company (“M Evo”), closed on February 2, 2026. 30,000,000 units were sold in the IPO at $10,00 per unit raising US$300 million, upsized from the initial proposed offering of 22,500,000 and included the full exercise by the underwriter of its over-allotment option. The units are listed on the Nasdaq Global Market and trade under the ticker symbol “MEVOU”.
